Titanium Forged Fittings is available in two grades; grade 2 and grade 5. These forged fittings are used in places where oxidation of products has to be avoided to prevent seizing and drawing. When we take overall factors into account, these products are reliable, long-lasting, better effecting and even economical when compared to others. The properties of these products are due to the presence of vanadium and aluminum in small proportions. When talking about grade 5, they can also withstand severe temperature conditions above 600 degrees Celsius. Except for showing inferior surface wear properties, they are valuable metals and are used in many aircraft, spacecraft, military, and many more.
Titanium forging fittings are available in the size range of 1/8” NB to 4” NB with socket weld and screw thread variants. To ensure excellent quality, they have ASTM b381 and ASME SB381 in both grades of gr 2 and gr 5.
Titanium Forged Fittings undergo several hardness tests, strength, pitting, impact, eddy, ultrasonic, hydrostatic, micro and macro, intergranular, flaring, flattening to maintain quality standard, etc. these tests make sure the products are of good quality in national as well as international markets.
